The pricing for a yard sale permit is $10.00 for two consecutive days (Saturday and Sunday)
Only one (1) yard sale shall be permitted on any one (1) lot in any six (6) month period.
Merchandise or articles offered for sale shall be limited to secondhand goods and shall not be displayed within ten (10) feet of the edge of a public sidewalk. It is also prohibited to hand clothes and put articles on the fence of the property.
Application must be filled out and submitted to Cudahy City Hall (5220 Santa Ana Street). Proof of address must be presented to obtain a yard sale permit (I.D. bill, rent contract)
